NEIL SELMAN SPEAKS AT ANNUAL COMBINED CLAIMS CONFERENCE - MARCH 14, 2007

On March 14, 2007, Neil Selman spoke at the 19th Annual Combined Claims Conference held in the City of Industry, California.

Mr. Selman's presentation was entitled "Not Letterman's, But CGL's, Top 10 Coverage Issues List." The "Top 10 Coverage Issues" that Mr. Selman discussed included Supplementary Payments Provisions issues (When are plaintiff's attorney's fees "damages"? Could the insurer owe a duty to pay these fees even if the judgment against the insured isn't covered?) and under what circumstances the insured would have a right to independent counsel pursuant to California Civil Code Section 2860.
