PARTNER ELAINE FRESCH WILL BE SPEAKING AT DRI'S CONSTRUCTION LAW SEMINAR IN SEPTEMBER IN LAS VEGAS

Elaine Fresch, managing partner of the firm's construction defect defense department in California and Nevada, has been asked to speak at the upcoming DRI Construction Law Seminar on September 11 and 12, 2008 that will be held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Fresch will be speaking on the Ethical Challenges of Adding Parties to a lawsuit and primarily focusing on the issues that arise both for developer/general contractor counsel who are adding the parties as well as the ethical issues that arise for subcontractor counsel. The seminar features a wide variety of topics and speakers on construction issues that arise in every jurisdiction.
