Jennifer Friend to Speak at Utility Construction Expo '06

Jennifer Friend of our Orange County/Inland Empire office will be speaking at the Utility Construction Expo '06 on March 2, 2006. The Expo will be held at the San Diego Convention Center March 1-3, and is put on by the National Utility Contractors Association.

Ms. Friend will be presenting a session entitled "Your Day In Court," featuring a live mock trial of an underground contractor being sued by a utility for hitting allegedly unmarked lines.
