ELAINE FRESCH WILL BE A FEATURED SPEAKER AT THE AEI-BROOKINGS' JUDICIAL SYMPOSIUM ON CONSTRUCTION DEFECT LITIGATION IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

Elaine Fresch, managing partner of the firm's construction department, was asked to be a speaker at AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies' Second Annual Judicial Symposium on "Critical Issues in Construction Defects Litigation." The symposium is being held in Washington D.C. on March 30 and 31 of this year.The AEI-Brookings Joint Center is a program of two of the most respected think tanks in Washington - the American Enterprise Institute and the Brookings Institution.

Ms. Fresch will be a speaker on two panels: "Cutting Edge Issues" in which she will be specifically addressing indemnity issues in California, Nevada and other key states, which the Honorable Stephen J. Sundvold of the Orange County Superior Court will be moderating, and a Q & A panel discussion with the Honorable Nancy Siatta of the Eighth Judicial District of Nevada as moderator. Over two hundred judges from across the country will be attending this seminar.
