LINDA WENDELL HSU JOINS A PANEL OF EXPERTS TO DISCUSS ENVIRONMENTAL INSURANCE POLICIES AT BASF SEMINAR IN APRIL

Linda Wendell Hsu, a partner in the firm's San Francisco office, will be a featured speaker at a seminar presented by the Continuing Legal Education Department of the Bar Association of San Francisco on April 19, 2007.  The seminar is entitled, "Perspective on Environmental Pollution Legal Liability (PLL) and Cost Cap Insurance Policies:  Are They Performing As Anticipated?"

Ms. Hsu, who practices in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation, will participate on a panel of experts who will discuss the "new" environmental insurance policies.
